Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Après Rêves.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

All Après Rêves products are sold on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated. Production begins after the pre-order period has ended.

Estimated delivery times are 4–6 weeks from the end of the pre-order period. These delivery estimates are subject to manufacturing, customs, and shipping timelines and may vary.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

Après Rêves is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be re-shipped once received back by us, and additional shipping charges may apply.

DELAYS

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing delays, customs processing, courier disruptions, or peak shipping periods.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If you believe your parcel has been lost or delivered incorrectly, please contact us at apresreves@gmail.com and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
